  1. whats the size on this compared to a stinger? if its the same size i can use it if not i wont have anywhere to mount it
  2. the only thing about that harbor freight crimper is that people say the dies arent the correct sizes http://www.harborfreight.com/hydraulic-wire-crimping-tool-66150.html
  3. i wouldnt see why you would. as long as you have the correct dies you should be able to use any terminals of that size with em
  4. i dunno if this might help you http://www.directindustry.com/industrial-manufacturer/hydraulic-crimper-72926.html
  5. as long as there is load on those channels you should be fine
  6. walmart has them cheap, just watch who you do it to, last person that did that to me got their windows sprayed black
  7. audioque had to change its name because of an issue with audioquest i'm assuming. i dont have personal experience with the 120.4 but the 90.4 is a great unit, my friend is using it on his doors in his lesabre to run his doors and it powers them very nicely
  8. i think it does, just trying to see what i have to do before i leave for mississippi later in the month. the amp doesnt really get hot or anything and has been acting fine, so there's no telling how long its been burned out
  9. well the fan failed on my diablo 1000.1 prototype, my question is because it looks like it was added after the final design would it be safe to keep using the amp until i can get it fixed?
  10. probobly an issue in the fuel system, how many miles on the truck?
  11. i'm just going by what happened to my dad, though this was a few years back, when we used syenthetic in his elcamino. it ran fine until we got in a pinch and had to use conventional again, after we swapped back we had leaks from the rear main seal and the oil pan gasket.
  12. just run a high mileage oil. problem with synthetic is once you run it you cant go back to conventional, and usually with synthetic your oil changes are stretched out more
  13. is that 4 cubic foot including port, bracing, and woofer displacement?
  14. well this is a rather creative use of a coconut, damn they put out some force.
  15. well mostly what i'm thinking about using this for would be light yard work and trail riding so speed wouldnt be much of an issue as long as i can get 20-30 mph out of it. right now this is a few years off i'm mainly asking right now so i can weigh my options and try to come up with a design, mostly all i have at this point is a rear end out of a john deere tractor and a 8,000lb hydraulic winch
  16. mostly because its different but also because they have alot of torque and i love the sound of em
  17. do any of you guys have experience with small diesel engines, id like to eventually make a small diesel vehicle almost like a gokart but alittle bigger. so far the smallest engines i can find are about 30 hp but i would like to use something abit smaller. so my question is do they make small diesel engines with less than 30hp and with a side shaft or back shaft.
  18. hell i know the feeling, i been trying to find one since last year, no wants a 17 year old here, only job i got a call about was delivery driver for a pizza place but thats too much wear and tear on my jeep
