The Studios by Dre look very nice, got me thinking bout em man. Especially if you say they sound good overall. I'd look into the Beats, but while I love my bass I really want a more SQ oriented headphone so to speak. Honestly I've tried most the headphones listed and the studios for their price are fat the best. You have very good bass response still and amazing quality sound. Look at reviews...I'd say saving a bit more will be worth it for them. I love mine far more than any other studio quality headphones I've used. They're great for recording too if you do like I do.

Sennheiser makes very nice over ears. I have owned the beats by dr dre...they have a goo amount of bass but the highs severely lack because of this. If you don't car about, they are great headphones. If you do, I'd save up more for the studios by dre. Great headphones all the way around. And before someone suggests some, do not by Bose. Much better out tree at half the cost.

Alt is not necessary for that little power anyways. Upgrade your front battery to an xs, the biggest you can fit. Run the biggest power wire to the amp from the front battery you can and you should be right as rain.

The plugs and such are sealed fine. Just don't get your air filter wet and pretty much spray away with a pressure washer. Don't be stupid, just spray the parts you want cleaned, not wires and all that. Also, if you are wanting a clean engine bay, shave and wire tuck the bay. Not point in having a 'clean' bay if there's a thousand wires all over the place.

As I understand it: General idea you dont want any port noise, which is basically too much pressure on the air coming out of the port/causing 'friction' of the air. More port area helps this, but going too big you lose backpressure on the subs, which hurts your mechanical handling. Its a trade game though, you can get more output out of your port and different subs like different amounts of port, but the more port, the worse your powerhandling is. Smaller the port the more power your sub can handle. I also believe more port area helps drop your F3 as well, although im not positive on this. That would be something someone more experienced would need to chime in on.
