USB cable soft ware cds all books paper work and box. The working 5300 has the ipod touch skin mod and the Opra mini so it does real internet. The 5300 should appeal to a lot of you because it has a real mp3 player in it and is music blue tooth compatible. The 6103 comes with a home charger bluetooth mic paperwork books and box.
