once my TV situation is done and handled, i will start deciding on amplification and some other speakers. One thing at a time

i used wire concealers to run my cables. It is hard to tell that they are there which is nice! almost looks like my wiring is supposed to be there. There is 3 HDMI, one AC Cable (outlet) and a TV out wire in that bundle. Plus the HDMI cables running to the back bedroom and power running back to the front. FUN! stay tuned i will be at it this week finishing the projector (and walls)! Also i am going to hook up a completely separate sound system just for bedroom use. So we won't have to use that little speaker inside the projector to hear the TV LOL

you can't see it here because i don't have a pic of it, but i had to cut a piece off of the back side of this mount so the new tv would lock up out of the way. Yes, i took my air saw to it and cut that shit off. Then i modded it so it still did it's job (it is part of the chain guide for the release mechanism). When i finish all of this i will make a video of it and you will see what i did. Trust me this was a bigger bitch than it needed to be. If you look close you can see what i did with the wiring. I don't want to attempt to run wires through the wall so i am trying to make them look natural running across the ceiling over to the dish, ps4, sound system and projector. It really does look factory in person now

Ok my number 1 complaint about this factory 32" TV....the bezel. Sorry! this is sooo early 2000 feeling. It just seems generic. Stock. Even the remote is a clunky piece of shit. So i figured that as large as those bezels are, i can get about a 40" , less bezel and it wouldn't be very much larger (physically). This thing was bugging the crap out of me. the power for this TV only works when the generator is on. So i am not using that any longer. I won't be using any of this anymore. Maybe just the over-the-air antenna (the coax). just a little bigger but so much nicer! very small bezel! This remote sucks!!! lol I own several Samsungs so i am no stranger to this one...which is nice. Well at the store, the holes APPEARED to be about the same spot! But you know they had to make my life tough. No way they would use a universal mount. Must be specially made for their clunky TV. Time to make it happen. New holes of course...and some cutting on the rear side.

Ok here is the latest update and an explanation of why i am doing what i am doing. First of all, we LOVE this toy hauler! But we are a TV at night watching couple. We watch our Netflix shows, our Inkmaster etc shows....it's kind of our thing. So when we are camping at the sand dunes, contrary to what hardcore campers would say, you need to have your luxuries! We have no TV in the back bedroom. We tried to watch our shows on my laptop but that sucked! It was all on the blanket in the way and stuff. So after that trip, i got to thinking. I decided on a projector ran off an HDMI splitter from the Dish box. I plan on paining the wall flat white as well as the inside of the door. This is JUST a TEST!! Where the projector is at, it measures 48". Perfect haha! We have a 55 in our room so this will work great. So this door slides. I plan on making the DOOR and the WALL behind it flat white. This way it is perfectly on the wall if the door is shut or on the door when the door is open. It is gonna be dope!!! Just gotta make a mount for the perfect angle as well as run the rest of the wiring...which i am doing now. the wall and the door are brown right now...so this will be better soon!! I was just testing! A 1000 Watt pure sine wave inverter. For my delicate items like the TV, Dish box and PS4. You don't need one for a drill or a vacuum but for sensitive stuff i would always use pure sine wave. This is a great unit. Did it's job flawlessly during the last trip. Never got warm just did its job.

Just to let everyone know, the above setup worked PHENOMENAL !! It was so nice to run the tv and sattelite off the power inverter and the battery bank for a few hours at a time rather than running the generator all day. 2 XS Power XP3000 Batteries and i also get the use of the D6500 which is also in the mix up front . It saved me a TON of generator gas! I would just keep my eye on the trusty SMD VM-1 and when the LED got to a certain point, i just hit the remote on the ford from the trailer. For the next 10 minutes or so (not sure the exact time) the motor runs and i get that 14.3v goodness from the alternator. Never interrupts the tv, charges up fat, and i am back in business for a few more hours. That's a few hours of USE. For those times we aren't at the trailer of course it's not using any power. so anyhow, this setup was better than i expected!

So recently i got myself my own Diamondboxx. My wife liked it so much she asked for her own. Since i am good friends with the owner (i know lucky me) i was able to get a good deal on my 2nd one. So i got my lady her own custom "Lady Pearl Pink" Diamondboxx. She THINKS it was for her, but i really wanted it so i can link them together and get more sound haha! These things sound amazing but having double the sound is also a great feature. Now before you complain about the price, remember, some people will go to walmart and get a cheap JVC receiver for the living room and be very happy. Other people go to a better store and purchase a more expensive Harmon Kardon receiver for the living room. Some things cost more, it's just the way it is. This thing has some expensive parts in it and is designed and hand built, from the AMP up, by one of the best that has ever done it. Anyway, back on topic. Check out these two things linked up Gotta love daisy chaining these things. You can do multiple units like this too.

did you watch the video? i clearly explained that the manufacturer doesn't recommend this. However i have been at 15.5+ volts on my batteries for YEARS with no problems. I don't condone it nor do i work for the manufacturer of the batteries so do so at your own risk (not you, but anyone reading this). that being said, like i said, i have never had a problem. 15.3 is safe IMO. as for you "charging" your battery at 14.4v and hearing it "gas escaping", the only thing i can say about that is it don't sound like it is "charging" at all. It sounds more like a power supply if you are able to tell it "14.4" and then physically back it down to 13.5 on your own. I have never seen a "trickle" charger that you choose the voltage. I recommend getting an xs power intellicharger so you can get a PROPER charge that knows when to stop charging. It don't sound like your "charger" knows when to stop (if it is making noise). Usually that only happens if you leave a power supply on all night, not a charger. Yeah course I watched it I just thought you had some inside information from XS that's all! I know you can charge AGMs a bit higher than standard lead acids but didn't know that much! Don't worry i'll be careful Yeah I shouldn't have called it a trickle charger, it just had an adjustable power supply on it acting as a trickle charger. The battery is fine now it was just when I got it I put the power supply on it at 14.4. Then backed it off to 13.5 and left it for a few months while I got the rest of my equipment. 7 year old battery that still floats at 13.1 - XS FTW! i don't have this forum because i am 6'2", muscular and good looking. I know a few things too. (my Judge Judy reference) LOL...ya i figured as much bro, because i have left mine on a power supply (not on purpose) and it did the same thing. A decent "smart" charger of any brand should know when to say when :D

it's all relative bro...i mean you aren't getting 8,000 out of the T4k LOL! (double)....but you can usually expect 4500-5000 out of them with a decent chance of getting one in the 4800's.

Possibly the most underrated 500 watt amp ever? one of the most i have ever seen out of an amp this "small". It is NOT a cheater amp. A cheater amp is an amp rated to do 25 watts per channel at 8 ohms and does 1,000 at 1 ohm. This amp is rated to do 500 watts at 1 ohm. But as you can see by the title of this thread, i also tested it at 2 ohms. WOW is all i can say.
