So as long as the center isnt damaged, you will always have your wheels, regardless if the brand is still in business or it was discontinued. I will lose my $10,000 coffee table in my lobby, but i would rather him have his wheels back. This whole thing was all me, he didnt give a shit if they ever came back, but I DO.

They were some of the first 6's out and believe it or not, he dropped $20,000 on these with the 26" chopper-spinners at the time. The tires themselves were $1200 each. Times and prices always change, sorta like most plasma Tv's were over $15,000 at one time, and werent even 1080 yet - and now look at where the prices are at lol If you wanna be first, you gotta pay - thats just the way it is i guess.

I Finally got the 6's fixed!! If you dont know the story, i will make it quick and simple. Chicken hit a curb at his house a few years ago with the "Rezcalade"..and this is what happened. now the wheels were discontinued years before that so we had no real choice but to make a cool, very expensive coffee table out of the remaining 3 wheels. Then it dawned on me......DUHHHHHH this is a 3 piece wheel!! After dealing with a company like AZA (my lexus wheels, the hoopty wheels), i knew right away that we were 2 "hoops" from having this thing back in order. I called up Moe from AZA and it was no problem! I brought in JUST the middle piece, and right before "Fingers" from up at Chickens rez made a clock out of it It was also peeling so i had it re-chromed. I also had them tear off the old, shitty Kumho tires and replace them with brand new Pirelli P-Zero 30 series rubber. i havent mounted them yet, i will once the Mechman alternators are in and i can drive it to my lift. Oh did i mention i tore out the old alts? Dont ask me why that "other" guy made me do a Ford and a GM alt, when i coulda just done two GM alts.... That shit was done by the old manufacturer's "direction" and i didnt question it because i was new to the dual alt world and that "advice" was "golden". So 2 brand new, Chrome, Mechman GM alts will be in soon and it will be BACK IN BUSINESS!

i have a hard time believing Foose would cut a coil to get a proper stance when he has access to all the correct products to do everything RIGHT. Thats something that you do when you are 17yrs old, broke and dont have the internet and people like us to tell you NOT to. Ive done it, yes.....when i was 17, broke and dindt know any better (was no internet when i was 17) I say do it right the first time. A 2" drop is not that expensive. Save up.

i got a couple of these in to check out and then i am sending them off to a friend of mine down south...check out the woofer pron at the end. The level 2 is takin it hard!

No problem Steve! i got a fresh box of Damp-Pro ready to go on my rear hatch....i have a lot of reinforcing to do since it was replaced and just havent gotten to it yet. I will though soon! This stuff is the best IMO.

Ok i did a walk around today and checked ride height....it was a little off from side to side so i tossed the car back on the lift and did some tweakin' on 'em. While i was there i dropped it down another 1/4" in the front. Its now officially sitting on a full 2 1/4" drop up front and 1" 3/4 drop in the rear. Definitely tuckin some tire....and it rides GREAT. Might be a little extreme for the purists and for that i apologize but i like the way it looks. Its the reason i decided to run 275's in rear and 235's in the front, because i was hoping to tuck the tire. I dont hate "hellaflush" but id rather be hella-tucked lol My rim is dirty but that is the drawback to a black wheel......you have 1 hour to drive your car after you wash it and the wheels are already dusty. I wish there was a good anti dust something i could put on them!!
