That just blows my mind how this guy and punkrok have made 6.5's in a T-Line with low power, small enclosure, and pound the hell out of it. I just can't imagine a build like this on full scale, with MANY 6.5's woofers on some serious clean power.

A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also?

K so I know most of the materials needed to build a box. 3/4 in. MDF, Silicon quake, wood glew and screws. My question is what is the paint people use on the inside of the box to smoothen it out, also forgot about sand paper to get roundness to all my corners.

K well sadly, as I have found with sundown DC and AA, maybe more to, you guys don't show prices on the website. I am in the middle of trying to figure out some prices of sub/amp combo. So far my 2 amps that I am looking at is a AQ1200d and a RF T500.1bdCP. I know the RF is great and the AQ is great, just have to choose based on the subs now. I right now have 2 10" subs rated at 260w RMS a piece. So I would like to know the prices on DC LVL 2 10" and 12", also how well do you think these would run on the T500, because of the 2 that's the best match. Then how much for the DC LVL3 10" and 12" , which would be put on the AQ1200.
