Before i found this site and a few others i almost fell prey to my local dealer and bought a pair of 12W7s.....I dunno....I think my money was more well spent on my SA-12s but the W7s IMHO are an impressive line of subs.....Can we confirm if ther is or is not a 15W7??????

First amp i ever purchased was a Sony 20x4.....little flat thing.....didnt have any heat sinks or nothing.....put it in my moms 1984 coupe deville caddy with a pair of pioneer 4x6 plates in front and a pair of Pyle 4x10s in the rear.....i remember thinking what i had....i was like 15 at the time..... i wish i saved all my old equipment over the years......

thats not alot of power for 6 subs.....i thought i was underpowered at 420watts to 2 SA-12s......your subs are only gonna be getting 100w a piece....if you wire them to 3 ohms even less....think you need less subs or more amp.....

In my jeep I have run sevral different sub setups....Currently a pair of SA-12s in a slot ported box i built.....before that was a single JL 12w3 in a JL slot ported enclosure....the JL sounded good and took a decent beating and i was impressed by it until i puled it out and stuck a sundown SA-12 in the same box....instant huge improvement.....then when i finished my current box for the 2 12s i couldnt believe how good they sound....so IMHO yes the SA-12s are a great woofer.....especially for the price....my .02 also FYI my current box is common chamber 3.6ft tuned to 33hz and i love it.....

Pics or he doesnt exist.....LOL....on a serious note post up some picsI love dog pics especially huge dogs.....friend of mine has a pup shepherd that is getting bigger every day ....probably about the same age as yours and he is a good looking dog.... As for the OP a dog is great.....the only things you need to keep in mind are that if you are going to be living alone are you going to be around enough to provide the dog with the attention that it needs?? i know when i was 20 i was barely ever home and then when i moved out into my own house the only thing i did was sleep and get laid at my house LMAO.....I have had dogs all my life and when i moved out of my parents house i missed my Chocolate lab badly but i knew it wouldnt be fair to take him with me and barely give him any attention so i left him with my mom.....Also you definetly will need to properly train whatever you get to keep it from becoming more of a liability than an asset to you....An untrained dog thats nasty can be a handful....I had a white shepherd growing up that was a great guard dog....only problem was that she ended up biting about 6 people....so make sure you are ready for the commitment....if youre ready then go for it, having a dog is extremely rewarding....as a matter of fact as i type this i am laying in bed with my dog cuddled up next to me

hey guys....new here and i just bought a pair of NIB SA-12s from a member on SSA as well as a MB Quart DSC1500.1...... i am about to start building a box in the next few days and using the box calculator this is what i come up with.....seems to fit the parameters of the subs well and from what i have been reading i think i am pretty close.....just wanted some opinions and some input from some of you guys first before i go ahead with it.... the dimensions below are kinda all i have to work with....i have a 2009 Jeep wrangler unlimited and wanna stay in the back under a cover.....basically i have 36x15x22......i wanna do a slot ported box..... thanks
