Im leaning towards the the 8s as well. Hope I dont have to wait to long. Lol

It was built by a local guy so I knew everything about it. I think I stole it for $7500. Its really hard to find this body style in this good of shape. Im just trying to be realistic as possible trying to fit something under the seat. Its just to nice a truck to cut it up or wall

Bought a new truck recently and need some ideas on new system. Its a 99 chevy 2500 2wd. I really dont wanna do a blowthrew or wall it. So anything I do has to stay under rear seat. I dont mind puting amps or batts in the bed in a toolbox. I also dont mind fabing the rear seat so it sits up higher. I think ill 50" wide x 12" tall x 14" depth. I believe I have enough room for 4 8s or 2 10s. I want the subs faceing like pictured. I have a dc 5k already. Wanna stay with dc subs. Think I could pull off 2xl 10s or mayb the new m3 8s when released on the 5k and stayin under the seat? Couple pics of truck.....

Ill be puting 50% down on 3 more 5ks tomorrow. For a total of 4. Then a month or 2 down the road sell my m1s and get new m2s. Still trying to figure out if I can squeeze 8 18s behind the c pillar, but if not I might do 8 15s. Or say fuck it and just do the 8 18s behind the b pillar.

I would get more m1s if i could find them dirt cheap. But most you see for sale r 2ohm and i need 1ohm. I know i could recone it but by the time i buy the sub used and get the recones, it wouldnt cost much more to just buy new subs.

Long as you couldnt really notice an audible difference id be willing to do whatever if it saves me money in the long run. But if i have to ill find my 4 m1s a new home and get 8 new m2s

Im guessing it wouldnt be a good idea to put 4 xl m1s and 4 xl m2s in a 4th order together? Ive got this idea running right now that ima put 8 18s in my tahoe. I already have 4 xl 18 m1s. Was gna try and save alil money and only buy four more subs.

Ive got 2 with the holes and 2 without in my tahoe. I done the same thing and bought 2 new and 2 used from cj. I havent noticed any difference really as far one getting warmer than other. Im running one dc 5k at .5ohm to all 4.
