  1. It's a roofing product, not a sound deadener. So if you want it to deaden, you'll have to load the panels with mass. Even then, you can get better results with other products, like ones that are specifically designed to deaden sound and kill vibrations. Read this http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/112634-why-roofing-products-dont-work/ Fat mat is NOT PEEL N SEEL You're passing on the wrong information... My bad bro. Not the first time I pass out bad information EDIT: Actually after researching it a bit, P&S are very similar, and both used as roofing products. They are both asphalt based products, and both work by effectively adding mass, so I feel that the information in Jons thread still applies with FatMat, even if it was made with Peel n Seal in mind (which he doesn't state...) This thread is a good read as well http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/20533-thoughts-on-fatmat/
  2. All I'm saying is two D2 woofers will wire to .5, 2, and 8ohm. If you running them at .5ohm on that amplifier, which is designed to be ran at 1ohm, that could cause your problem.
  3. How many D2 woofers do you have? That amp is designed to run 3600x1@1ohm and [email protected], but if you have two D2 woofers you are running it at .5ohm probably, which is like .25 per channel. Just a thought...
  4. Sadness, anger, confusion, depression, and suicide? That's Brutal lol.

  6. Thank you for posting this! My friend is on the lookout for 4 1508s. I wish they would have some B-Stock 9510s
  7. If I were to use Fat Mat, I'd try to do a few layers, so 50sqft wouldn't be enough... And at the price it would take for a good amount of Fat Mat, you could purchase a smaller amount of Second Skin, Audio Technix, or Dynamat that will be more effective...
  8. Not to thread jack, but do you have any videos of a loud, good quality PA install? I'm curious to see how their products work in a skilled install.
  9. ^^^ I'd take the 2500bdcp over the 3500, because of the constant power feature.
  10. Yessir it should. I love Knu Konceptz wiring. I run their 10awg speaker wire, and it's great.
  11. A 6" aeroport or 3 4" aeros may work well and allow you to port where you want. Just a thought...
  12. Yeah just looked one up http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_31872_Kicker-ZX1000.1-11ZX1000.1.html 1147 Watts. I think I might go with it. Any one know when a ZX1000.1 Clips at? The point where it clips at is dependent on your HU (I believe. Someone correct me if I am wrong.) I can tell you, if the Zx series is anything like the Kx series, you will love it. I had a Kx1200.1 and it was indestructible. Couldn't kill it, and it put out some power on complete stock electrical. One night, I got drunk and left the system playing without the vehicle on, my battery died before my amp did, and I cannot imagine the voltage that amp was seeing lol.
  13. I'd look for something that does 1k@2ohm. Kicker ZX1000.1 perhaps?
  14. Recently traded my N64 games for a Tsunami 1/0awg kit. He shipped fast as hell, arrived in great condition. Kept me up to date on everything, I wont hesitate to do business with him again. A++ seller.
  15. There is one down here in Lousiana, fully decked out with an LSU theme. The coffin is actually a BBQ pit, and it's a great vehicle for tailgating at the games... Let me try and find pictures. Badass little ride
  16. Happy burfday mate! Don't get arrested messing with jailbait
