    No homo, but looking good man.. I hit 228lbs mid last year... I am currently in the 185-192 range because I am having a hard time concentrating with my exercise like I originally was doing.. But kudos to you for doing so... That is a drastic change!!!

    yea, I have before.. luckily I was still living at home and my parents let me take residence in their bathroom for like 2-3 days... It was the Thai food that got me there.. Haven't had any since, I never knew you could shit and puke air before that day... Hope you feel better soon man!

    Isn't that a small amount of port area? Those L7's should be displacing ALOT of air... My one 15" is suggested to have 90-120sq inches ... I could be wrong but...
