OP means original poster.. and im not familiar with dual alt brackets for that vehicle..id shop around for an alt if you havent..someone may make a bigger alternator for you vehicle

just so youre aware in that video..thats 2 saz 4500's wired at an extremely low ohm load (dont remember exactly what he was wired too i know it was well below 1 ohm tho) hes a mod on here so if you want advice on how to run that amp id contact him (screenname:audiofanaticz)

hmmm 30 htz should be on the safe side..just use ur noggin if it seems like the subs are free airing.. ur playing too far below tuning.. be careful on songs you know go super low till you find the limits of ur subs and box

^^ this.. people sandbag all the time.. in some instances people go to finals say doing a 150.. they magically do a 60+ at finals because they didnt need it at the shows they went to get their points

this is what ive learned about bandpasses.. theres no magical formula for getting them correct..the ratio is more of a starting point and you tweak the box from there..its also very woofer dependent as to how the subs will react given the environment in the 4th order.. singer knows what american bass, dc, his LMS ultras (and a few others) how they will react given the environment they are placed.. basically it boils down to test,test,test..the ports the hardest thing to get right from what ive gathered

try 2 6inch aero's...need mo port..like around 12-13 ish per cube

6 inch ports would be easier and more effecient.. and as far as the volume it looks good but youre going to lose box volume when you add more port area

not enough port IMO..i would doing 6" aero ports if thats what you wanna do shoot for between 9-13 sqaure inches of port per cube with aeros and you should be fine

meca is a burp unless its park-n-pound.. from the looks of that comp id pick a few songs you wanna try and go with them.. songs you think are around your peak (if you havent found ur peak id do this)..not the greatest but its better than nothing..bring a good host of bass songs with you.. never hurts to have a good lineup to throw at em..and most of all have fun and learn

a smaller box allows for more control over the suspension of the sub and when you add more power there is the chance that the sub will over excurt.. shrinking the box will allow to counteract this.. there is also the thermal aspect of overpowering the woofer.. even in the right box a sub may not be able to thermally handle the power being pushed to it..
