    or maybe they are busy? i mean you try answering hundreds of e-mails a day along with phone calls, shipping out orders, dealing with warranty items, not to mention finals isnt that far away so everyone is trying to get shit quickly... sometimes there just isnt enough hours in the day

    if they work together....they might be the only team to challenge the heat.. if they stay healthy they are gonna be TOUGH to beat for a while

    well see how this pans out.. stacking talent on a team doesnt always = automatic rings... the team still has to mesh together and work together..which can take time

    then i would for sure double up on the back and the front pieces that dont have bracing on them..as they would be potential weak points

    yeah youll have to brace the port as well wasnt gonna get into that part yet lol couple piece of all thread going through the port top to bottom would do it

    2 to the side should suffice honestly..just space them evenly and flex shouldnt be a giant issue..also one you may want to think about is back to front.. wheres the plan to mount the amp?

    going from the inner wheel to wheel you should have room on the side for bracing..i did a 6 15's box for a buddy pretty similar to what youre doing and had all thread bracing on the sides like im talking and had plenty of room to do it

    are you going from wheel to wheel with your box? as far as width?

    if you wanna make it so the bottoms sits flush without have the nuts sticking through use 2 piece of half inch glued together and cut out a whole in the second layer for the nuts to sit..kinda like flush mounting a sub basically

    threaded rod> 2x4's all day everyday.. all thread isnt all that hard to put on just takes a little time

    get one with a laser if you can.. i looked and didnt see if that one had 1...very handy little feature..we have the same saw lol thing is handy as shit especially when doing anything with angles long as the boards under 13"

    the subs is prolly worth around 200 used, the amp is worth around 200 used, that welding cable and wiring kit is easily worth 100 (prolly more) so basically youre at 500 right there alone lol

    the red isnt near as bad as far as brightness.. the blue is pretty bright lol and taking a piece of electrical tape over the "stinger" can help a ton as well

    for a complete daily box i dont tune lower than 35 and they can still play any non modified music i throw at em...now can they play 15 or some crazy shit..no... but can they play with authority from about 28-42.. yep..oh would you look at that thats where the largest part of music plays..look certain people will argue about this till they are blue in the face... build different boxes and figure out what you like for yourself

    ive had boxes tuned at 38 that could still play into the 20's with authority

    my favorite is when someone asks me how many w7's i have..smh lol guess they dont like my little 300 dollar a pair subs beating them by 5db and at 10 lower hz lol
