    That sounds about normal.... The next step would be to get a amperage draw test on each battery and see if they are on the verge of dying. How may runs of 0ga do you have going from the front to the back?

    Nothing better than listening to Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young through a loud set of supertweets! I grew up with all the classic rock instilled into my head. Mom and dad were hippies, so I grew a natural admiration to it all and loved it from day one. I listened to a Pink Floyd Discography on my entire drive to and from Iowa last week. Love me some Floyd.

    Well it sounds like you prepared the grounds and grounded them well, but nothing bad can come from rechecking it all. But yea, see what the alt is charging the batteries at.

    Go through and check all of your grounds. All of them. Where is everything grounded to? Grounded tight? And also check voltage coming out of the alt.

    It's a no-no just for the pressures that it can put out, especially a no-no for electronics. Should have used a can of keyboard/air duster. Something could have been blown loose with the compressor

    You keep shooting down all my ideas lol. I was gonna say switch the ohm load to 2 lol. I wouldn't trust it at 1ohm though, just because it's already making a noise, I wouldn't want you dropping the ohm load and completely frying it. So for now, check all grounds, open the amp up and make sure there are no loose connections, blow the dust off it again, cross your fingers lol

    87 - 12v from battery. Good idea to throw an inline fuse in there just in case. 85 - Ground 86 - Remote turn on from either the head unit remote, or an accessory that turns on with the key 30 - Going to the accessories that you want to turn on

    Hmm.... Well what ohm load do you have it wired at?

    Ding ding. I've noticed on a majority of the amps that I've tuned with the DD-1, when the clip indicator turns on on the DD-1, I can hear a squeal coming from the amp. Back off the gain, clip light goes of, squeal goes away. How did you tune your amp?
