No problem. You might want to check out the Grand Marquis/Crown Vic forums and see if there is a fuel pump cutoff bypass.... Comments on the vid saying to cover it in superglue so it doesn't pop NOT A GOOD IDEA lol. There might be a safe way to bypass it on those forums.

And make sure to use either bondo or wood filler on the seams/outside edges/cut edges of the mdf. The faces of the box suck the primer up like water to camels, but the edges are like little boys to Micheal Jackson.........................

This works just like the o-scope on windows media player, you can scroll through different visualizations, but I use it mainly for the o-scope one. This is just to check songs for any indication of clipping while you're away from the computer and the song is on your phone. I checked songs that I knew were clipped and could see the flat spots, and some decaf'd/bigpimpin songs and could see the clarity. You play the song on your music app, then back out of it and open up the visualizer and scroll to o-scope, and watch it just like WMP. I'm having one HUGE feast. Every year we do this, since we live in a military town and all of my brothers and my friends are military and their families are in different states and/or their spouse is on deployment, we invite them over and eat as a huge family. Well before digging into the guts, go through all the wiring and make sure that checks out. If that doesn't fix it, relocate the amps. If the problem goes on.... Then bust open the amps and take a look. Or look into getting some quotes on amp repair. I haven't repaired amps simply because I don't trust myself 100%

What could possibly be the damage? For example to I have to reenforce any solders on the gut? It's not a good idea to solder the guts yourself unless you know what you're doing.... But when the amps are mounted on the box or a surface that jumps around a lot, when the bass hits, the amp jounces up and down, after enough times it will start jarring loose the internals of the amp. I study at the technical university electronic and computer engineer. I don't have too much experience but I guess I will give it a try. Will I be able you think to find out what to solder? That's my problem. How to find it... Have you looked at the internals yet? There's a lot of stuff in there and it's going to be extremely hard to find out what is loose, unless it's blatantly obvious.... I suggest do a lot of research on the amps and all the internals.

No the local auto parts store can't do it, take it to a mechanic you trust because the dealership will rape you. Hard. And the vacuum test will also rule out the possibility of a clogged cat.

Yea, probably a quick fix. Go somewhere and have a vacuum test done and/or a smoke test done. Could be egr or pcv issues.
