  1. Hey guys, was playing today full tilt for around 30-40 minutes and I get a faint smell up front but noticeable smell in the port. I have a dc level 4 m2. Steady 13.2 volts, and Skar 1500.1 all tune with dd-1 using -5 test tone. My question is does dc tend to have a faint smell after awhile? Guess its possible the songs just clipped to hell, being that I was playing the same song.
  2. A big back window along with the two sides I have a Mitsubishi eclipse.
  3. I suppose I'll buy it and do a review on it then. Thanks fellers.
  4. If you have had experience with it how was or is it I suppose is my question.
  5. Hry guys found a deal in porterville 130 for tint and 85 for an alarm that's labor. So total of 215 for both. Any shade life time warranty but alarm I can't even find online it's. A skytech SD40? Anyone have any experience with this alarm keyless entry. I currently have nothing so I'm thinking I need new tint and something's better than nothing alarm wise. Any info is helpful thanks guys.
  6. Anytime, if your going to get another battery I would suggest xs power the price is a tad more I'm sure but they have been tested against many other batteries to be the best.
  7. I'm not exactly sure the specs on the battery but I recently burned up my stock 90A alt big three and xp975 in back. Although it could have been on its way out as y charging voltage was 13.6 but regardless you'll need to charge up the battery's often with that little alt and the pull your amps asking for. 9. When upgrading your alt, won't that extra amps be harmful to your car? Being I go from 90 to 220

  13. Later back seats.. False floor soon. Clueless how

  14. Well that's my best shot at it.. perhaps someone can quote me and fix what I don't know, or did wrong if any. Figure I'd give it a go
  15. Guess my back seats need to come out.... Mwahahah

  16. I agree. Anything that isn't a necessity, but isn't car audio somewhat of an investment being you can resell it for a little less than what you bought it for, taking into account you took care of it
  17. So I was thinking today about people who always tell me it's a waiste of money to buy car audio stuff.. And honestly Ido agree, but that's with anything movies, parks, snowboarding, just another form of intertainment.. But then again.. I look at it somewhat as. Long term investment. Yeah you can blow a sub, burn a amp ect, but fr the most part it holds it's value. Whatcha guys think? I'm mowing the lawn little board to sorry about it being pretty damn random lmao

Lol, no idea who singer is, I'd like to build my own tho :)

  19. Lol won't a body kit give it that effect? How much is it to lower it usually?
  20. Well I have a Mitsubishi Eclipse and I'm looking to make the outside a tad more.. appealing. I want to put a body kit on it but I'm not sure as to what brand would be the best choice in my application. I have seen some that have just the front, and some that have all of them, but with things such as two exhaust holes in the back which I don't have. I also was wondering about lights, I am going to be getting these tires, and rims for 400 and these lights for 50. http://www.protuninglab.com/pro-yd-me97-hl-bk.html but undecided on tail lights, any suggestions or opinions would be wonderful. Haven't done anything exterior wise to any of my cars. .
  21. The positive from alt to battery is the only fuse inside the big three right?

      Autruche

Yes, and remember you should only fuse the wire based on the amount of current it will see. IE: if you have a 120 amp alternator, don't put a fuse in that is 200+ amps.

  22. That's what's up. Good job man / live a strong healthy life.
  23. Smell hasn't came back, had it full tilt throughout a whole song.. gets pretty loud. I want to kill everybody by Skrillex.. anyone know what hertz? Just figure I'd follow up on what happened. Seems to be good suspension has loosened a tad as well..
