The hall directors apparent solution is to CHARGE EVERY RESIDENT THE FULL $500, now there is a couple hundred residents here. All this hype about caps got me thinking. WHat would happen if you have a big bank of caps in the trunk and get rear ended. If you have like 72 caps, thats a lot positives and negatives that could short. Just my thinking.
