  1. what were you looking to trade for? Were you looking to add anything to it?
  2. I would be interested in the t1000 and t400-4. But I would only be interested in trading the crescendo. So if we can work something out I would love that. I am changing to a 1000-1500 rms sub instead of 5000 rms. lol I want to make it loud but sound good and thats why I need the other amp for mids. Just let me know if you are interested.
  3. Hi to start off I am more interested in trades, but if the deal is right I am looking to buy. I have crescendo bc2000d and a RD Audio 3250.1 I would trade. I also have a soundstream 880.5 I will get rid of if something good comes around. I am looking for a matching set of amps. I like my amps to match. I am looking for a amp that puts out around 1500 RMS @ 1 ohm and then a 4 channel amp that puts out decent power. I am looking for Rockford Fosgate Power Amps, Audioque Amps, Digital Design Amps, Kicker Amps. I just want the amps to be a great brand that puts true RMS. If you have two matching amps that are around what I am looking for PM me and we can make some deal!! Thanks
  4. well i did not think to phrase it that way im new here and i guess i should been more clear , excuse my ignorance. bottom line im not here to fight but to buy an smd dd1 Does it really matter how he said it?? Leave him alone damn.... People just on here to buy something and trying to find one used in good condition for a little cheaper price. Its smart thing to do. Your not going to go buy a used smd dd-1 for the same price as a new one so he is looking for someone who may not use theirs any more for a better price. If you aren't trying to sell one why do you have to get on his post writing about how he needs to ask the question. Maybe he didn't think of it that way. stop post dumpin if you arent selling him one.
  5. You can mount your crossovers in the trunk it will be fine, but you may be able to run your front speakers from the crossovers built in on the amplifier. Some 5 channels have switches on them so you can run the amp like are crossover. My soundstream TRA-880 is like that. You can run tweets from one channel and mids from second channel and adjust each channel.
  6. I know you are on a budget but listen to what these guys are saying about saving your money man and spending it on brands that are true rated RMS Amps with no questions and supply power you are looking for. The 5 channel amp isn't a bad idea at all can be cheaper if you don't need a ton of power. Honestly if you are looking for a cheap but good system right now. Keep the 5 channel amp. Spend a little more money and go with this kenwood. It will supply much more power for the sub. http://www.sonicelec...KAC-7005PS.html It will provide true RMS power and be able to power one maybe two subs depending on your subs you go with. Headunit go with a Kenwood excelon, Pionier or Alpine. Sometime buying a used one isn't bad. Be cheaper and you can find some good deals on craigslist or here. Even check ebay and Amazon. Speakers: Go with Rockford, Kenwood, Infinity, Jl Audio. They may cost a little more but you will be more happy. Remember the sub box. A ported box will sound louder if designed right. So just know what you want in your system. If money is a problem, which it is for most of us. Save money, look around and do your research and find good deals on the internet and stores!! Good luck!
  7. Here is how you calculate box size. Length X Width X height = total cubic inches / 1 cubic foot which equals (1728) 35 x 17.5 x 17.5 = 10718.75 / 1728 = 6.20 cubic feet. 6.20 cubic feet is without the taking away the amount of space the sub will take. Also if you port it which chances are you will cause you don't want a sealed box that big. When subs say D1, D2 or D4. This is meaning dual voice coil and the ohms it is. So D1 dual 1 ohm, D2 dual 2 ohm and so on. Need anything else message me or ask on here. There is always someone that knows every answer on this forum lol
  8. Yeah well I really like the sound of deep aggressive exhaust system, but seems from everyone I talk to that basically don't do it on a V6. They keep telling me its a waste of money and that you won't truly sound good or as loud as I would want. Americanmuscle.com is where I buy most of my stuff actually lol pretty good prices for most of the stuff. yeah I definitely need some new headers anyway so I have been looking into that. I don't think I am going to waste to much money on an exhaust system now, but I may look into your upgrade that you put. I have heard that rumor to but never knew if it was just lies or what. Thanks for the help though Chaosgrunt!!!
  9. Thanks for the help with exhaust. Honestly I don't know much about how to add horsepower so I didn't know if it was possible to tune it up some and any ways that could give it some horsepower, without spending a ton. Guess its not possible.
  10. I was trying to find some help on how to get some extra horsepower for my v6 mustang. I know the problem is I need to get a V8, but I would like to add some more power without paying out the ass for it. Any ideas please let me know. Also I would like to make the exhaust system as loud as possible. I will turn it into dual exhaust later if I need to, but I would like to make it as loud as possible. If anyone can help please let me know. thanks
