    Ah sorry for such horrible advice. lol. My HU, most of the time is on, I only turn it off when it's early in the morning or at night...considering my subs are so loud. Why do so many people recommend DD-1, why not O-scope? *Newbie question*

    First time buying new wheels and tires...by profile you mean...the width of the tire? side wall, like a 50, 55 series tire. personally i would have the shop you get them from suggest witch one would be better for your car, being that its a 17 you should have room to play with Having my friend's dad put them on for me, he has the tool for it. In which I don't. Since I don't like being ripped off money wise, I normally buy all my stuff.

    Lmfao...you sound like my college professor when he was teaching about voltage, current, and resistance. Im in an electronics class and i wish my teacher had awesome analogies like that I always used the drinking soda through a small/big straw one Lmao, so am I. Electrical Fundamentals. Something like a hose, bigger the hose, bigger the current...bending the hose...causes resistances...etc

    I like knowing stuff before I buy them. So I'm going to be buying 4 Koing Illusion (blue) 17" rims for my 95' Buick skylark. I want to know if 4 Hankook Ventus V12 EVO k110 205/50r17 93zr will fit those wheels. Thanks for the answers.

    That's umm..weird. I get a voltage drop of .12 when I turn my lights on. Goes from 14.7v to 13.4v - 12.9v...depends on the day. I have neglected on upgraded my ground on my alternator...so I'm pretty sure that's probably the reason behind it.

    Just like the guy said before me...dont let something so small stop you. Even if you need to..you can have someone else look at the color before you use it. Or you can have samples on a paper that will show you the difference. There are a lot of techniques out there...dont let one small problem stop you from doing something you love.

    I admit that I'm new to the Torres Calculator, but the box looks like 2 common walls. Where does the 3 come from? Not arguing, I'm wanting to learn What third wall? lol. I see a port and a box. You need to have 4"(Or however wide your port is)away from the back wall for the port to work correctly and allow air flow to smoothly exit the box....which is exactly how the design is done. =)

    I prefer KnuKoncepts 1/0 CCA flexible wire $79 for 17 ft of power wire and 3 ft of ground wire. I used 1/0 Ultra Flex welding wiring for my big 3 upgrade...all works the same.     Just need some suggestions on what I should add in my Impala LT, it's in my garage tab. The upgrades won't be until the summer time, but I have no budget, I just want a system that's loud and clean. Going to be fiber glassing the door, so I'm opening to have a small subwoofer added in it. The back subwoofers will be 12 8" Infinity subs, fiber glassed in the trunk as well.

    yeah, I don't get the why they use staples....I only use staples in the corner of my box, so my screws don't split the board.
