what ive learned from premires was they tended to have more features n a lil higher rca preout voltage n sounded better imo, and i unno really, my premire 680mp was a lil diff than my buddies pioneer 6800mp so i unno but ive only ran older ones, i love my old premire 860mp, i love it, and 6.5v preouts ftmfw! and 3way active mode also ftw with ability to turn off internal amp, i wonder if the new premire 880 or 800's can do this too?

lol, sounds like he needs some smd but ya 1 amp can sometimes be better than multi ones in some cases, kinda like buying 2 2ch amps for mids n highs vs buying a 4ch amp or better yet, buying 2 2ch amps and a monoblock, vs a 5ch class d amp that does all of it, but its more personal preference imo but i think 1 amp would work for him better than 3, and be alot cheaper too, but depends on wut hes wanting to get what kinda 300w amps does he have now?

giving most 300w amps do 150+rms it would still be better to run a 1000w amp @2ohm or get him a cheap kicker kx1250.1 that does 1200@2ohm n try dat, but ied run a good 1000w amp @2ohm but giving independance rise he'll prolly get 3ohm out of amp so i unno but ya 1 amp is alot better than 2 diff ones, and they wont be phaseing issues either due to tryin to set 3 gains, ive ran subs like this befor n it worked n sounded decent but not the best way to go, the less wire u can run the better, tryin to split a 4guage or even a 1/0 tryin to go threw 8guage wire back n forth, ited be better for one amp to run 3 subs than 3 amps one amp per sub daily in the long run he's prolly only runnin 500rms total out of his setup now due to small amps, even most good 300w amps dont do 300rms so ya one amp is alot better, atleast it will be devided amongst the subs than tryin to set each amp i kno steve has multi amps on multi subs but his setup is diff, he runnin one amp per coil so i dnt think this dude can do dat ask him why he dont get one more 12 n run 4 off a good amp @1ohm?

what ohm load are u runnin the amp at to begin with? i had an oldschool mtx 500d thats 2ohm stable n i ran it @ 1ohm for almost a year n it was fine n then it blew a couple fuses in the amp n i wired it back to 4ohm n it was fine after that but when i had 4guage in my honda i ran a 150amp stinger fuse but in my geo im not runnin that much, might halfto up the amp fuse in it tho but im only runnin a 300w 2ch off mids n highs in there anyways so i dnt need a 100amp fuse for that but ya ied check ohm load at amp first and is the fuses blowing in the amp or at the front battery? if its the front battery just up the amp fuseing, u cant run more than 500rms off 50amp fuseing @ 1ohm, i blew 2 or 3 fuses with my 500d n it does 775rms @2ohm 14.4v n i was gunnin 2 rf punch hx2 12 d4's @1ohm n it wanged like all hell but fuses didn't like it so kept blowing, 80 never blew but everything below did, and get anl fuses if u get any, those blade style fuses suck ass, they wiggle back n forth n dont get a good enough connection n can move a lil n blow also ied run agu tube fuses, and anl fuses but no blade ones, i hate them damn things

hmm, regular wood dont bother me but fuck some mdf, ied rather pay more to not smell it, i useto work at a furniture factory (got layed off) and my first job was runnin a pannel flow, u stick particle board in and then someone sticks pine sticks on each side and it goes threw a heat press n then it comes out n goes threw a saw @ like 200degree's or somethin like that, and we ran mdf one time n that was the last time too, when mdf gets hot it emits a chemical called formaldehyde n that shit made my eyes burn and made me cough like hell for a good long time thats why i never work with mdf at all, if i can find birch plywood thats all i use, nothin else but ya, ive been playin around with tools sence i was 10yrs old wit my gpa n dad n the noise really doesnt bother me but ima start usein hearing protection n safty glasses haha everytime i ware safty glasses i get hurt but when i dont nothin bad happins anyways, u only get one set of lungs, eyes, n ears, why pay $20,000 for a stereo n u try to hear it threw a set of belltones anyways high freqs hurt like a somebitch but mids n lows mellow real nice
