lol, u do 154 with midbass lmao, j/k i want a loud low setup myself, i love that low bass that shakes the meat off ur ribs and the redmeat loose in ur bowls lol

x2 on that, i just turn my subs off and play mids n highs at a low volume

x2 on the alpine i cant turn it past 22 without distortion thats kinda why i took it out and put my pioneer in, my pioneer 860's volume goes to 40 but i can turn it to 40 without any distortion 6.5v rca outputs ftmfw! lol ied set my eq at flat and turn it up till it distorts then back off a lil till it cleans up then start settin treble mid n low just make sure u set it with a good clean song and piddle with it, it took me around 1hr to set my system right but i still gotta work with my subamp, i hate bass boost n gain, if i dont have the bass boost up i dont have low bass, but if i dont have gain up it dont hit, i try to set my system to were its loud but clean and my lights dont dim, i still gotta play with it tho, i try to keep my midbass amp, mids n highs amp and sub amp at a equal level so were its kinda balanced, how i set mine was i would turn my headunit up till it distorted then back off the volume a lil, then tweet the eq, then i would turn the midbass off and just play mids n highs and then i would tweek the xover on those first so i can get a clean small amount of midbass from them then get it to were i can turn it up bout as loud as i wanted to, then turn the midbass on with em then tweek it so its clean soundin, all this with subs off, and turn gains up and down till its just right, and then the sub amp n tweek it a lil till its just right, im more of a set by ear than dmm settin tho, prolly cause i always done it this way, hope that helps, its depends on headunits tho also

lol, i feel sorry for who ever trys to steal my shit, it took me 2hrs just to get my sub box out to switch out my subs and around 4more hrs to get everything put back in plus i had to take the seats out to do this much so who ever steals it will halfto take the seats out or they cant get to nothin, downfire ftw!? lol

my buddy did a setup ina bmw with 2 w7 13.5's and a mtx 1501d and it wanged like a motherfucker on low volumes but when u started to crank it the sq was there but not that loud of bass tho but still clean as hell soundin

now i had a set of those with a 200w pioneer 2ch amp powering em but they did get pritty loud and acually sounded pritty good for how cheap they was but there not "sub woofers" as olboy said they was, and i bet most of that bass was comein from the 6x9's in teh back, but with the right power they play mids n highs loud as hell, i might buy another one and put my 6&1/2 componit speakers in the encloser just to see what they sound like sealed, but anyways they aint the worst speakers but for someone that needs some good midbass ina reg cab truck or somethin these are a goodbuy, not all cheap shit is cheap quality tho, i mean there not high quality but i guess u get the idea

i was goin threw my ipod playin songs and this came up from one of my mix tapes and when she song hit the low notes the subs would flutter like they was unloadin so i delted the song cause ive heard this same thing were it was clipped

i feel u on this shit man, i hate talkin to ppl about stereos that are complete noobs but has 2 10's that hits 160db or so i mean come on what kinda shit do ppl listen to to get these ideas, one day i talked to a guy that worked for best buy that had 2 p2 10's sealed with a audiobahn 400w 2ch and it was soundin good and i asked him what he had to start off with and he said his sealed box was "tuned" to the cabbin freq, im like umm i thought u just done that with ported boxs n hes like no u can do that with sealed its just how u turn the speakers im like haha, but sometimes i just dont act like i kno stuff and let them talk all they want to, im not the one to act like im a know it all, and i kinda hate ppl that do that and they dont kno shit, i work with plenty of ppl like that and im way younger and can do alot more shit than they can and they still dont get it, but anyways that was somethin funny

i use virtual dj and it works really good but i use the key pad on the right side of the keyboard number 1 and 3 i think and it movies the neddle back n forth so it sounds chopped and i just slow down the bpm to screw it, but i dont kno a perfect way of doin it just that way and i gotta get virtual dj again somehow i burnt the one i had to a cd so i could record with it n so on but it wont load right on the pc i unno why, but anyways good luck with what u doin man

that fucker must be slumpin if ur shakein screws out of the box i never had that problem befor, but maby u could put locktite on the threads so they prolly will never come out but u still want it to be able to take out when workin on subs or so

well i already have a sony 4ch and its a good amp for what it is, i kno sony aint got the best rep but for $60 all i need is a good sub amp, i already got 2 300w 2ch amps but there not the same so i need somethin with more kick to push my mtx 5500 15's and that sony is prolly my best bet or i can just run that sony 12 and use my 5500's in my house setup, i already got a good system in my truck, this is just for my geo that i drive back n forth to work and what knot and its my test car that i practice diff stuff on, i already fiberglassed me some pods on the doors but ima try to make a ring i can screw to it for 6&1/2's instead of 5&1/4's should work i unno, and run my sony 600w 4ch to mids n highs and that sony 1000w with taht sony 12 for bass, ive heard some of those sonys in person and they acually sound pritty good, and my buddy had one of those 1200w or so sony amps pushin the mtx8000's i got off him and it did it without any trouble at all, all im lookin for is some good beat, im gettin more into sq than loud bass, ied rather have killer midbass n mids n highs than loudass bass with good mids n highs, it took me like 2hrs to get my truck soundin the way i wanted but now that i got it that way im good with it, but i dont need that 300w2ch in my geo no more i might sell it, hell i might pawn it for those floor speakers i seen so i can put my mtx 5500 15's in em with my rca 1000w recever, should wang, but anyways why do ppl put down sony when they've been out sence pioneer, i mean there car audio stuff isn't all that but its better than most ied idmit, anyways im off to bed
