Depending on the exact model some of those 1000/1's were meant to be ran at 1.5 ohms and above. Also depends on the woofers, some dual two coils are actually dual 1.4's which would mean you're running at .7 which is half of the lowest impedance that amp should run. I'm not even going to go into rise.
As mentioned I would go for something with a 4" coil to thermally handle that kind of power. SP4, Tc5200, Tc5400, Crossfire xsv2, dc lvl 6, shockers just off the top of my head
