Think I'm gonna pass on the 94 Cobra I found... T-5's get expensive around here and I don't really wanna buy new audio gear, plus rebuild a 302 into a 306.

Average around $1600.
Cheaper to rebuild yourself if you got the skills.

My dad has been a Ford Master's certified mechanic since 86 or 89 and he doesn't really wanna jack with it either. He hates rebuilding standards and said the same thing you did Orion: it's probably beat to hell at 125 grand.
