    People need to remember that all the extra throw we're going to get out of these subs is going to more than make up for the reduction in cone size. Also some parts of the surround will still displace some air as well. Let Jacob work his magic. These are beast subs.

    My new battery comes in tomorrow. Just wanted to ask if there is any sort of special procedure to do before I crank it up, etc? Or is it just a simple drop in and let it rip? Thanks!

    Those 1500's only put out around 1100 watts cleanly. So if you have a DMM tune the gain to put out 1.1k.

    Yeah they'll handle it just fine. They wont see the full 1200 watts anyways due to box rise and such. I'd say tune it to around 32hz.

    Those are gonna hit bro. I hear nothing but great things about the E series. You'll love them. Stick em' in a box with 2 cubes net volume per sub. So 4 cubes net total. As for tuning, do you want to get low or what? Also the port area per cube should be 14-16.

    Typed up my Senior Project in about 3 hours last night. Got my grade today, turned out to be a 97% SAY WHAAAAAAT!

      I just did a paper on how to build a custom PC. Had to make it 8 pages. T'was quite easy, but I wasn't expecting such a high grade because I didn't research anything, I just explained how to do it. Haha.

    You would need more than a week to really get the hang of 8. Thats why i wouldnt recommend it. I dont like the learning curve on it. Plus not many games/drivers are fully supporting it yet, although they soon will, of course. But i'd rather choose the tried and true option.

    x2 On the crappy windows 8. Played around with it for a week or so on some new machines at work. Didn't like it one bit. Windows XP will work. But I think 7 is the top-dawg at the moment, in my opinion, at least.

    I got a HAF 932, love this thing. Takes a beating, I move it twice every weekend to go to my friends houses. I painted it Black/White with the front grills painted red.

    The gun thing is the southbridge heatsink. Some brands have their top boards of the current chipset all decked out.
