Did you order from EMF? When did you pre-order? Sound solution audio... aka SSA store back in April Hmmmmm, maybe the delay is on the SSA side of things? I placed my order April 10th through EMF and it shipped on July 16th. I'd assume they would ship them in the order that the pre-orders were placed.

Well hope you can find someone local with them setup legit so that you can hear what they are capable of.

Hey man, just thought I should mention there's a lot of variables that will determine how any sub will sound, and they will not sound the same from vehicle to vehicle.

The last that I heard was the end of this month, so maybe next week? Check their faebook page to be sure (I can't, at work now...), Jacob is good about keeping us up to date. And, I don't know about any savings codes. *EDIT* And of course, they will ship out to everyone that pre-ordered first once they do arrive, so you are looking at a couple weeks.

Yeah man, that's what I figured. I was getting my hopes up since EMF has pretty much every other spec listed though. Trying to use a t-line calculator and I need the displacement *EDIT* Well, I came up with ~0.2 ft3 of displacement for the X-15 using the dimensions from EMF, which will be a little off since the calculator I used doesn't take into consideration the bumped plate (although playing with the numbers, I get 0.19ft3-0.2ft3, not that much of a difference for my application), and I measured the effective cone diameter from the outside of the surround on one side to the inside of the surround on the other, assumed 1.5" baffle and a flush mount.

Can anyone point me towards where the X-15's displacement is listed? I'm sure it's somewhere but I looked through the Pre-order and prototype threads and searched and couldn't find it on Sundown's site either. Or EMF.

Unfortunately it will be about another month before I get mine all hooked up. Bimmer is parked, repairs from an unfortunate car accident.

Pictures do not do it justice wow. My first thought was that I'm not going to have enough room to t-line this thing in my car, lol. Going to go ported tuned 25-28ish Hz.

Really? What about the X's? I pre-ordered my X back in April, EMF said estimated release was yesterday July 9th, which was pushed back from the end of June sometime. Anyone have any updates? All I see on Sundowns FB page is stuff about a moving sale and new warehouse space... *EDIT* Never mind, I found what I needed to know.

That's good to know, I'm lookin to kill the low lows too. I ended up switching my pre order from the 18 to the 15 once I realized that I won't be able to port that 18 as low as I want in my trunk without taking up the whole trunk, lol. I'll probably end up with something like that first box you built being a Decaf addict and all that jazz. lol.

That's whats up, specs on the box and tuning? Do you have any vids playing music?
