I have done both setups in my car, Clamshell > Diamond The diamond was nice and all but was not as loud as the clamshell. (same size box and tuning)

Personally I would go the BL's out of your choices. IMO the BL has the potential to get louder then the lvl 4. The Havoc's are also a great choice tho. -

thats a big negative. Again thats a big negative. You can do it and it does run just fine. You can either short out the other coil, or you can actually connect a tune pot to it and change the Q of the sub at will. Agreed. You don't need a box tuned to 28 or 30 to hit the lows. Just because you are tuned to say 38+ doesn't mean your f3 is that high.

Yes like already said there are many, I use to know of a website that you could buy a kit and make your own 2 4 and 6 channel amps. Can't seem to find it tho

Look at the bright side, doing it yourself is not expensive so you can afford to mess up and every time you do its something you have learned. Only way you are going to get it right is by messing up a few times first and learning so go buy some resin and have some fun. -
