I only get overtime like this in the summer. I missed a lot already. I took like 4 trips this summer.

I get a little during the fall and winter, but I usually don't do that shit. @Broke, I work for a school district. I started as a janitor and they had a shortage of maintenance techs, I already had an HVAC license and they just moved me up. When it's time to renegotiate the contract next year, I'll get a full 8 hours and a bump in salary.
