Have you tried to not tighten your belt super tight. Sometimes they can be to tight. Also your pully might be rubbing the inside of your case. I would have to be where you are to determine that.

Hello guys and gals. I am wanting to purchase a simple alarm system for my Honda Civic. I don't need anything fancy. Just somthing that will alert if someone trys to break a window, or open my door. Don't want to spend a ton of money something under $100 bucks. It has to come with a manual so I can install myself. Can anyone help me out?

Well Talentfinder send me a bunch of Diet Coke Plus. I drink it like I should be drinking water. You guys don't want to know how many I drink a day. I drink at least 6 a day. I buy lots of Plus and Regular Diet Coke. I am addicted to caffeine, if I go without it I get Migrane style headaches. I have called Ohio Generator as well and they did the same thing. Called me back and talked and designed an alt to fit my needs...IT FIT Untill they told me the price and then I was like OHH. No Ohio Generator for me. But they do design some good ones.

As long as he doesn't have to take a dremel tool with a cutting wheel like I did to his Nut that holds the axle on, he should be ok. I HOPE!!!

Uh Yeah. It isn't as simple as you think. Alternator has to come out from the bottom. You have to partially pull out the driver side axle. Remove alternator from Bottom. Put new alternator up through the bottom. Put bolts back in alternator, put axle back in then tighten your alternator bolts back up and put your belt on. It is fun, but with someone that knows a little about Honda and Acura motors it can be done. Go to Autozone and pick up a HAYNES repair manual for your Model Acura and get to reading.
