I see that Powermaster Batteries are the official battery of SMD, But what about the SPL Alternators...I know Iraggi is used mostly, but what about these Adjustable voltage Alt's...Or are they real expensive and the common folk can't afford them?? The SPL alternators are specifically designed for trailer only extreme competition vehicles. Because of the radical design, output at idle is usually 0 and because of additional heat created; these units should not be operated at full output for more than a few minutes. In some cases, SPL units can be custom installed as a second alternator to the original unit for street applications. However, caution must be taken that only short-term loads are sent to the SPL alternator.

I have the American Bass VFL 150.1. I have never run my amp at .5, but I have heard as long as you have the electrical to back it up it will put out some serious power at 14.4 volts...Not sure how much exactly..But i will find out as soon as i can save some money and buy my other FI BL 15..Hopefully can order another in about a month or so. I can tell you this..You can't even tell the amp is running @1 ohm...I Might get a 1 volt to 1.5 volt drop under full load with some Low Low Bass...Really doesn't get hot...They might be expensive, but in my opionion you get what you pay for! Built like a tank!

We have one of those rivers here where I live...It is Called the Bogue Chitto.. Pronounced Bo-Go-Chit-O ......They have a 3 hour float and an 8 Hour Float...with Cliff Jumps and everything...It is sweet..Especially after a good rain. Have fun man...Drink a cold one for me!!

Well I rode down the road tonight bumpin some Tech N9ne and started hearing this sound coming from my backseat area. It kept getting louder and louder..It was a rattle then another, then another then some squeaks...I stopped the car, lowered my rearseat. Raised my rearseat back up and drove on..The more I heard it the more my Blood pressure was rising. I stopped at the red light cranked the volume louder thinking it would go away..IT didn't..I came home parked the car, told my wife I am taking all the amps, speakers and batteries out Tuesday..I also informed her I was buying another FI BL and putting it up until I can put a wall in my car...2 15's Walled up...I hate the squeeks and rattles this Trunk Setup has..No matter how much Sound Deadner I apply it stops there and starts somewhere else...Can't take it anymore...A wall has got to go up...It might take a year to do, but it will be done..I find myself starring at Meade's Civic, Studying it for hours. Wishing, Drooling wanting a setup like that..I know I haven't taken on such a tremendous task but if mine turns out 1/4 as good as his has I will be satisfied..So if you guys want to find me I will be deep in his thread looking and thinking... :mad: :mad:

I know how it feels to fall 5 feet on a vert ram and hit the masonite...This Dude freakin slammed so hard, I was at work yesterday and I saw this as soon as I got in this morning. I was holding my son and I had to give my son to my wife to hold for a minute cause I felt that one in my body...That freakin had to hurt real real bad...5 feet aint nothin compared to freakin 30 feet...My body still hurts from watchin this one.. P.S. This is for wazabi..You knock your shoes off hitting a non moving object>> that is big shit..Shoes just don't fly off of a skateboarders feet..Cause they are laced up real Tight!! I have the those for my sub amp..Only problem is that my Postive and Negative connections on my amp are so close together I am scared to use them fearing that one might come lose and short out...So I have one on my Positive connection and just have 0 guage going into my amp for my ground. They are nice!!
