I might be wrong but I've also heard flat/satin paint jobs dont get sanded after sprayed.Thats why people say its harder that a regular base/clear paint, because you cant sand and polish the imperfections.

If its just the fender you could probably do it in your garage if you have the necessary tools. But I've heard that its hard to respray a part to match the car due to the way the whole car was originally sprayed: mix ration, temp, cfm etc... I say you have the shop that sprayed it warranty their work and pay for you to drive back. Either way, Good Luck! Also Post up some pics bro so we can see what the problem is.

haha, you just gotta look for it, mine wasnt working either and without instruction on where the lil box was I had my theme changed in about a min or 2. Your dart must be nice if you prefer it over a 400hp 2000watt system vette. I myself have a couple of muscle cars also, I have a 69 el camino, 72 cutlass, and an 84 cutlass so you see why I'm a chevy guy, that doesnt mean I dont like me a nice build mopar/ford or any other muscle car.
