It is great to see that RF has stepped up that side of the company.Not supporting people was the reason i stopped using rf i ran Rf from like 91 -99,i have a storage building full of trophys and plaques,that i won using there product and i turned probaly about 40-50 people on to using it to .I mean i was putting RF in every car i did.There was no better in my eyes,but on the flip side i never got any support from the Rep/rf.....only support i got was from the shop i bought from.I mean i wasnt looking for a hand out, but i was expecting a thank you ......no thank you or kiss my butt or anything ....So that was the end for me and RF....So this makes me happy to see this ......BIG PROPS to "snafu".....way to be there for your guys .....
