  1. If I ordered a Zv4 10" kinda late, June 5th, am I gonna get it the same time as everyone else or will I have to wait a bit longer...?
  2. Yessir. Gettin shit done! Great job Jacob, can't wait for em. Keep on keepin on man!
  3. Should I add another NVX or replace the one I have for a bigger one?
  4. Fuck yeah. That's what I wanted to hear. I know some people like overkill but I don't wanna waste money on overkill.
  5. It's pretty damn close yeah. But it should all be fine at .5 then?
  6. I have a Deka Intimidator and an NVX XHC600 in the back, with the Big 3 done and two runs of 1/0 power OFC cable, with two grounds of course too, an a Singer 250A alternator, and I'm getting a couple Zv4 10s , so I want to run an SAZ3500 but idk if I should run it at 1 ohm or if everything would be fine at .5 ohm.
  7. Is that why the Zv4s have been pushed back or is that something else causing that?
  8. I ordered a 10" so if you wanna design me a tone box tuned to high 20s then shoot me a PM and we'll work some magic!
  9. We all hope so anyways. There are some protos out but not many. A couple 10s and a few 12s if I'm not mistaken.
  10. Or about the Zv4s? :[ been waitin a while for it...hope it's worth it.
  11. Positive Correcto. But a good battery and/or alternator is/are always the best choices.
  12. Seriously? :'( they should solidify the ETA or te Zv4s...people are really getting anxious.
  13. I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or for real, cause by the looks these look like they could handle it...
  14. The big 3 is an electrical charging upgrade that you ADD to your system, not replace. Alternator pos to battery pos (w/ inline fuse within a foot of alt), battery neg grounded to chassis, and engine block grounded to chassis, in a nutshell. The wiring would look like this:
  15. By the looks of the obsidian specs and what I've heard about them, they're built for lows and for very low playin music, like Jeezy. But I've never used em. SA's are great subs and can play low in the right box too though.
  16. I would get Dual 4 ohm subs an wire em to a 1 ohm load on the SAZ1500 or the SQ 1200 amp (whichever you decide), and 1/0 AWG of course. Big 3 if you can. And OFC wire if you can also, but CCA will work fine. I know a place you can get OFC welding cable for $1.50/ft.
  17. As for amps, you get what you pay for. Audioque/Soundqubed are quite a bit cheaper than sundown but sundown amps are heavier duty and are more efficient and put out more power. So if there's a budget concern, go SQ, if you have the money go Sundown. But sundown would be better in most cases, not that SQ is bad, they are still quality amps and subs.
  18. Sounds like the SA10s would work fine but the mounting diameter for them is about an eighth bigger than the box has, so you may need to do some trimming or something. But that could be wrong. Check with the dude to see if you can get the mounting hole to match the SA10s.
  19. Give us the dimensions you have to work with an someone on here can help you out, cause depending on how much space you have available, I can help design you a system.
  20. Sundown has a shallower design if you need shallow, the SD-2 series. Otherwise I have a buddy with five SA-10s in his trunk for an SPL box and it's retarded loud...
  21. That would work pretty well, I like lower tuning but I'm sure that'd still be a good ass box. I will have my Zv410 in a 1.5cuft @ 32 Hz with about 16sq per of port and 2000w. It's an L-Port but it's gonna be retarded loud. But that sounds like a good base to start off with for a T-Line design. I'd go with that as a starter then fine tune it to your wants.
