Trâgîk Posted February 18, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 18, 2011 did a little more today...as you can see from this pic, what i did was used some bondo on the back wall to smoothen everything out and add some rounded edges on the bottom and on the 45s and i think it came out mint! after that, what i did was had it sanded with 400 grit paper so it was smooth as glass and then i put one last layer of fiberglass resin over where i had sanded the bondo down...it came out super super smooth and sealed tight! only thing i dont like is now its all multi colored...i really dont want to paint it, and i dont even know if i can paint it but its already sooooo freakin smooth i dont wanna do anything to it...i also spray foamed in the 45s because dont have much resin left and need that to do the top of the box, which is already to go on tomorrow and do a little touch up work but the inside of the box is almost done and im extremely satisfied with how smooth and strong it turned out.. -----SELLING EVERYTHING---- 2 DC sound labs 3.5k's (still avail) 2 HDC312A D1's (still avail) 5 XS Power Batteries (1 d3400 and 1 d1200 left) 4 runs of knukoncepz 0 gauge (have all the wire still) DC power 270XP alt (sold) RF T1 6.5 components (both sold) Powerbass XAX 4160 (still avail) Custom built box 4.75^3 tuned 34hz (still avail) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
