Looks big for 3-8's but You did say rec'd sealed w/ QTC .707 so I guess I can see it. should sound really nice off that 500/1. hopefully funneled forward somehow? or just mat the hell outta the trunk? This is the first time I ever made an enclosure for 8's. I was crossing my fingers, haha. I couldn't believe how good they sounded. Especially, with all types of music with the top up or down. I really thought that there would be bass loss with the top down. That didn't phase anything. The box is really nice simple yet classy at the same time. I did the countersunk subs before but used a jigsaw which was kinda hard but turned out ok.
