Those roundover bits do wonders when it comes to a clean-looking box build, one of my favorite tools as well!

I used to hate my router because I couldn't control it, but I figured out that going in one direction resulted in my bit bouncing around. The other direction kept everything nice and smooth.

Get some Birch and come on over.

Been working 12hr days for like 15 days straight. Within 5 minutes of being in the garage I look down and see this
