Purplehaze Posted March 12, 2011 Report Share Posted March 12, 2011 I need a charger or something, my resting voltage is kinda low, its also cold, but still, thats too low I was told this is due to the PCM limiting the voltage output from the alternator. I guess they do it for gas mileage, or so we have to buy new batteries every few years. Anyway, if you add a voltage module, and feed those babies a good true 14.4+ volts, they will go ahead and take a full charge, and last longer too! ISO Posted March 22, 2011 Report Share Posted March 22, 2011 Thats a hell of a start there, good job. You'll like the QS65.2s. I have been pretty happy with mine. If you get the chance to bi-amp them or can remove the passive crossover all to geather they will come alive for you, so think about keeping your 2nd 4 channel amp. I was shocked at the output change. LOL everyone knows that I'm a big Kicker fan and I'm always happy to see others running Kicker, keep it up Isobaric - Refers to the practice of coupling two drivers together to make them act as one.
