OrionStang Posted September 5, 2011 Author Report Posted September 5, 2011 i see 13.8 all the time and i dont get why my idle voltage is 14.6 What? i see peoples cars charging at 13.8 like yours. no idea why because mine charges at 14.6 what kind of extra battery power do you have? i noticed that with only a highs amp and an extra battery my voltage rested down in the low 14s. i figured that it had to do with the alt having a very minimal load on it so it wouldnt charge as much i could be way off though. probably am My bad, dude. I thought you were saying your car see's 13.8 all the time, then idle at 14.6. I, and a few others, think its the computer limiting the voltage. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

Lol formerly known as Blue86f150 its a 4th order just because its tuned in the 40z doesnt mean it wont reach down and jiggle your balls at sub 30 hz frequencies.
