Blue Posted November 16, 2011 Report Share Posted November 16, 2011 Everyone was waiting for me to cut it, then when I do, crickets lol Nice work and I imagine there won't be any integrity issues once you get some reinforcement welded there. However I had to wince a little because Blue was doing this in a t-shirt with no gloves, there was the one slip which could have been disastrous... I dress up like a special forces operative whenever dealing with cutoff wheels... Dont get me wrong Merzbow, the sparks were hitting me and stinging a little bit, not too bad though. Brought me back to my welding days in college. Trust me, I also had a bad experience with an angle grinder a few years back, 6 stitches on my wrist later, I still don't like 3 inch angle grinders. Dremel is a ton easier to control. formerly known as Blue86f150 its a 4th order just because its tuned in the 40z doesnt mean it wont reach down and jiggle your balls at sub 30 hz frequencies.
