Sure don't, bro. I just got the basket Friday, gotta send it in to Rusty on Monday morning. Hopefully in the next couple weeks.

I can't find any GOOD Birch. Lowes has 6-ply, found a small lumber yard that has 9-ply. I need to find some good 13-ply, I really don't want to double every side of the box. Triple baffle, a ton of resin, and allthread/dowels will help.

There's a place out here in the valley that we get 13 ply from but that's far ass fuck for you....

Yeah fuck that drive for a sheet of plywood lol

Can you tell me the name of the place? Maybe there's a distributor out this way, or a delivery option.

Good news, shipped the basket to Rusty today, hopefully they can get started on the sub this week. Bad news, my trunk carpet won't get to me until the 29th, fucking slow UPS.

Oh, and I found a lumber yard that sells 13 Baltic birch. 5'x5' sheets for $52. The place is 40 miles away FML.

That's not a bad price on that wood, but did you say 5'x5'?

Yeah man. Only 4'x8' I can find is at Lowe's and its only 6-ply. Hopefully I can get my cut sheet out of 2 of them, haven't figured it out yet.

Check your little small lumber yards. We have one that keeps 13 ply in stock in 4x8 sheets, no where else has ANYTHING but 6 ply.

Just a little mock up of how the amps will sit in the "back seat". My carpet is due for delivery tomorrow, finally. So I can get this thing cleaned up.

Also taking the car to get some reinforcement welded in where I cut for box clearance. I really don't think its that big a deal, but over time could become an issue.
