bumonskateboard6
40 is a little high for my liking, lots of pre-fab boxes are in that range. I like 30-34 for daily. Maxim
Hey guys, what about resin? I've been reading n resin comes up alot in various projects... Do I need it and how much would I need? Thanks ) I've never used resin in any of my boxes. Only time I've seen it used other than for fiberglassing is just to coat the inside to seal up the pores in the MDF. For all the boxes I've built that seemed like overkill, but if that's something you think you'd need i'm sure it can't hurt. Quote wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 . I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt

Supercharged DCs
Well I don't think I'ma do the resin if it's not needed. But I do need to get some clamps, those are gonna run a pretty penny ha? Quote Bassless once again. jack
x2 on not using liqiud nails. no need. if you use the woodglue right it will bond the wood. finish nails work for a low pressure box but i would sugest coarse thread screws for anything with smoe power behind it. resin is a plus but not a must. but 100% silicone to seal all the joints after it is glued. on a side note. DO NOT fire up the subs till all is dried. sparks and fumes are bad!
