Would 2 batteries help? If so which size batteries would you guys recommend? I would personally, if you're not going to upgrade the alternator, with an XS under the hood, and a D3100 in the back. Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

I would personally, if you're not going to upgrade the alternator, with an XS under the hood, and a D3100 in the back. Is it possible to leave the stock battery and just put a D3100 in the trunk? or is it better to put the new battery under the hood and not have one in the trunk? Do you think I could get like 1400watts out of this stock setup for now? Running just one of the 1k amps and the 320watt 4 channel? or would i still need battery upgrades? TeamHT Posted March 25, 2011 Report Posted March 25, 2011 if you wanted performance and the ability to play daily i would say yes, upgrade the batteries. if you need, place the D3100 in the back and then save up until you can upgrade another link in the chain. Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
