mr.p Posted April 30, 2011 Report Posted April 30, 2011 Soo...i shrunk my port and output is gone...12k i pickup monday then im waiting on the things to hold my batteries might be a few weeks on them tho plays alot flatter now tho. Its about the same to the ear from low to high...i think my rise went up a turdtonnage because my voltage is alot better. Slow and steady wins the race. DCAUDIO BALLS DEEP

I did a full volume sine sweep and realized i was peaking at 120hz and rolled off after that. I never even gave burping at 120hz a thought. found out my port area was way to big for having such a small sealed side. mr.p Posted April 30, 2011 Report Posted April 30, 2011 I havent given up yet had a amp scare today sounded like the subs were pop testing themselves...but no protect deck kept shutting off... pulled the amp and checked all the fets and caps and everything seems cool ? deck might be the problem but im scared to power the amp on now its a borrowed amp, might send it to someone with a test bench can fire it off with only a couple amps.
