David Posted March 30, 2011 Report Posted March 30, 2011 Yea i know but this is the first time ive heard of it happening and there is also almost triple digit kids with the same kind of charges and im the only one to get searched??? BULLSHIT Now see, this is what pisses me off. How the hell do you know you are the only one to get searched? Were you outside with the officers all day long? Are all the kids in the school in one fucking class, therefore if anyone else in your school got searched, you would've seen them get pulled out of class? You don't fucking know who got searched...you are just to much of a baby to realize that your past mistakes have consequences that reach really far. And EVEN IF you are the only one that got searched, why would it matter? They had a legit reason to search, you got caught in the past, and they were trying to catch you slippin again. If you would worry about your damn self and not every other fucking persons' business in the school, maybe you wouldn't have the problems you have now. if you dont chill the fuck out your time here will be short.. here I'm singling you out, how does it feel ? no need to call anyone names
00mgm Posted March 30, 2011 Author Report Posted March 30, 2011 this would have been helpfull 6 months ago. What does immediate record mean? and if i say fuck diversion now what would the consequences be? 2000 Grand Marquis Digital Designs 9512 Rockford T2000bd1
Bakerman Posted March 30, 2011 Report Posted March 30, 2011 @ BakermanINC My officer and the DA informed me that because of diversion it would completly wiped clean off my record for good no one could find it. Me and my dad specifically asked to this because of finding job reasons. Diversion (or how they explained to me) it does remove it. it gives kids chances to make up for 1 mistake they made as a juvenile. it wipes it off you immediate record, yes. do a background check, it will be there. nothin is ever wiped off. No, not exactly. Normal public CAN NOT view items that have been removed. But ANY employer that wants to know can submit a special form, with a little fee, and will see anything they want. The fee keeps companies like mcdonalds, food court places, and rank high school jobs from seeing things like this, simply because they really don't care. But any real job employer will pay the simple fee just to see if you are hiding anything. And of course, ANY law enforcement agency or certified officer can see these records w/out a fee.
bcpballer64 Posted March 30, 2011 Report Posted March 30, 2011 next time tell them to get a warrant I don't believe they need one cause he was on school property and he's under 18. Could be wrong tho. 18 or not it doesn't matter. In school you are still a student with no rights. BakermanINC are you a cop? Your wording makes it sound like you are and if so I have a question to PM you. "The strongest reason for people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." -- (Thomas Jefferson)
Bakerman Posted March 30, 2011 Report Posted March 30, 2011 this would have been helpfull 6 months ago. What does immediate record mean? and if i say fuck diversion now what would the consequences be? Dont do that...don't ever back out of anything you started. That looks worse. But honestly, any type of help they offer you is better off for you in the end. It shows that you have dedication, and you can commit to something good.

Bakerman Posted March 30, 2011 Report Posted March 30, 2011 Ok i wasnt planning on it i was curious. So 40 years down the road when i get pulled over and ive been drinking will this comeback to bite me on the ass? No No No...not like that. These things won't simply show up by running your name and DOB, or your license number. We have to go through proper red tape to find these things out, and we ussually only do it once someone is in jail, and we are trying to find out more info on the person. I can almost promise you, the only time you will have to worry about this after high school is when trying to get a real job. And my advice, just tell the truth. They will see it was when you were 17, and most likely will overlook it. I mean, its only weed...who hasn't done it?
