I belive the wires pas throungh the "hinges" and they only rotate so far, so the wires don't get tangled. I belive the wires pas throungh the "hinges" and they only rotate so far, so the wires don't get tangled. yep kinda.. we made a half circle arch for the wires to slide on the cover and metal frame.
