I have mine on 4 batteries and a 250a alt and it usually stays over 12v. The Warhorse amplifier requires at least two (2) 200-ampere-output-capacity alternators Eight identical, high-quality, 800-cold-cranking-ampere (cca), 12-volt batteries are recommended to power the WX amplifier. that info is straight from kicker sounds like your under powering yours bro. That's what they recommend, do you HAVE to have that? No. Do I plan on upgrading my electrical? Yes. I'm just saying that you don't really need so as much as a lot of people think you need. And just to show that you don't really HAVE to go with what Kicker says, the guy @ Forbidden Tattoo said he called Kicker to ask about impedance and they told him the amp won't even turn on if it's wired under 2ohms on each side.
