Here is my 99 explorer. Check out both vids. My buddy recorded the 2nd one, but my roof flexes pretty crazy in that one lol. And the first video is one that I took, which shows the back window moving!!

My setup is walled and I am experiencing the same thing that chill phil described.

My roof support in the middle portion of the vehicle has snapped in the middle. Sounds like a hollow noise. When I push against the headliner(essentially pushing the brace back to its place) the noise goes away. I guess one layer of deadening wasn't enough.

Looks like SecondSkin is getting another call. :shrug:

yeah they flex alot i have a 99 explorer and my roof is sound deadend and my hatch door is filled with expanding foam

Yea I'm really needing to like bad. Just figure it's going to be a pain. Did you notice any difference in sound after doing it?

Roof it´s definitly the worst, you better foam it and deadning to it , if not, prepare for some broken braces!! also, watch out with the back window seals!!

yah the roof is the worst spot no doubt

i have a 97 with 2 american bass xfls running off only 1 audioqu 2200d for now and its pretty bad

i cant imagine what its gonna be like with the 2nd 2200d in
