00sdime00 Posted January 22, 2012 Report Posted January 22, 2012 Lookin good bro.. ..My only worry is, that's a lotta weight with no gussets on each arm. You may find your amps dancing when you crank it up the first time. lol A half-wit gave you a piece of his mind, and you held on to it. My Youtube vids...enjoy anythings possible with the right build =] we accept visa and mastercard =]

You may find your amps dancing when you crank it up the first time. lol Thanks everyone!! And yea we wer concerned about that as well, but they don't flex at all surprisingly.... We had some 3/8" solid stock we wer going to gusset it with but I almost doubled the weight on the edge and they wer still fine With the 1/4" thick angle steel and only being short 16" long pieces and the weight being distributed between both sides so it's stronger than you think... The angle has a lot of weld on it, every side and edge was welded solid Thanks guys! *2013 NEW BUILD* 12- 18" Crossfire XS v2's B pillar 4th order wall 4- Crossfire 8K mono blocks 40+ pro audio mids tweeters and horns 3- Singer alternator 400a external regulated alts tons of audiotechnix wire 24- XS Power D1400's -TEAM XS POWER- -TEAM CROSSFIRE- -TDH-
