When ordering AQ and about the gain knob

When you order from AQ and buy their 1200d series does it come with a gain knob or do you have to buy the gain knob separately?

And also is the clipping meter on the Knob accurate enough to save heavily from clipping???

Im pretty sure the gain knob is included.

And they are pretty damn accurate.

Yes it comes with one and if you really have to rely on one instead of properly setting your gains you'll be replacing your subs rather quickly. It's best used to keep an eye on new tracks you got so in the event it happens to be clipped you can back off or skip the tune entirely.

yes they do come with the gain knob. And I have blown my sub up yet so I'd say the clip light is pretty acurate.

I tested the clip light next to my TPI scope 440 and it's pretty accurate but I wouldn't completely rely on it

The clip light IS extremely accurate. The distortion lister isn't going to be much better than the clip light on the knob.

Correct. Gain, not bass boost. If you want bass boost there is a switch on the side of the amp.
