mnrookie
I have 2 15" cvx, dual 4 ohm. Wired to 1 ohm, with an audioque 2200d. The gain is barely turned up lpf is around 45-50. Subsonic is turned all the way down, yet when I turn my volume up to about 25 and turn the bass knob just slightly passed 1/4 of the way the clipping light goes crazy and the subs aren't banging all that hard. I don't notice any sound difference when the clipping light pops on, maybe the knob is faulty? Any suggestions how to fix this?
ChevyBoy95
What is barely turned up? And off topic, why is your ssf all the way down(usually set it 5-10hz below tuning)? Lpf is usually around 70-100hz for what most people use... RickyFriery97
if you can get access to a o-scope then set the gains with a o-scope the AQ is a Gain Knob NOT a bass knob and it is pretty accurate 2014 Chevy Silverado Crewcab 1994 Chevy Full Size blazer

mnrookie
It's in a 7 cubic foot sealed box. I don't like my subs hitting high, I like the low tone so I thought setting the lpf lower would elimiate the higher frequencies. Sorry, bass boost is barely turned from min. So the gain knob is 1/4. ChevyBoy95
Bass boost should be all the way down, don't use it. What are your HU settings(bass primariy)? Well filters are your choice...
