Please tell me you put something around where those wires come through the hole you made. A grommet, some tape, something atleast.

ha ha, dont worry, I didnt put any thing there, but I grinded it down with a grinding stone, its not sharp around the edges, and its smooth dont worry I thought of that

I would still put a grommet there, sharp edges or not.

Should have grabbed more resin at that price lol, doors are starting to look good though

well basically they were under the wrong price tag, it rang up for 35, I said "hey, it said it was 17 back there" (which was for a quart), so they guy said ill let you have that 1 for that price, I think ive used about 1/4 to 1/3 for just that one door, so one more gallon should do it, resin is like 28 at this other store called fleet farm, that is where ill get my next can but its not 3m, its like some brand with a C and is green, so idk if it shrinks

Someone else can chip in that knows for sure, but I remember reading on here that the fiberglass you get at Home Depot or Lowes is not very good. Personally, I have no clue what is or isn't good fiberglass but they linked this page US Composites and suggested buying from there.

alright, I have a great idea, im thinking of building that port on my box like the plans show, but at the end have a door that opens and shut that can seal it off from ported to sealed, on top of that its going to be motorized, so I hit a button, boom it opens up and adds 3-4db's , and when I want to go back to SQ hit the button again sick idea huh, im seriously thinking this, I think I may build the port tomorrow, what you guys think? my step dad has been an engineer for 30 years, so im sure he could help design the device on it

I think it sounds cool, but getting it to work properly is a whole other story. Think about how it has to seal air tight, and w/all the force of air, Idk??? Good luck though, I hope you figure it out! Cause that would be WAY cool!
