What do they displace really, .18 cubes tops? He could make sure they get a good seal that way too. And polyfill the shit out of the box, I think it would move more air pointed up. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

I may try it, but the look of an inverted sub is just amazing but I do have 2 huge grills designed for them, so idk, but the inverted way lets me see them better when driving, plus it makes it more show off like the only problem doing it the other way is I would have to put terminals in this box, and if I decided to do inverted, then I have 2 big terminals sticking out so idk, also with th polyfill, should I like stuff it in there tight? and will that let me push more power to them in a sealed box? cause the excrusion levels are already able to be maxed with my 1500 not clipping, I have the stock alt so idk where my voltage is, I have a 220 coming in about 3 weeks from mechman plus im not using the ground I made for the system, which goes under the car to the frame rail, for this amp I just went to a seat bolt that goes to the car just to have some bump for a day or so I really need to start on the doors with fiberglassing, have watched a few vids on how to do it, still a bit nervous, dont wanna ruin my doors, I think im gonna start in the back with the smaller doors, and see how that goes 2006 Mazda3 Hatchback Black 5 Spd ManualPioneer 4300DVD2 Sundown SA-12 (34hz Tune, 3.22 cubes, 14.5 inches per cube, Triple Baffle)Kicker 10ZX2500.1 (2845 RMS) Sub AmpKicker 11ZX650.4 (705 RMS) Mid Amp -- (3 Amps)Kicker KQ3 Active CrossoverKicker KQ30 EqualizerKicker 09QS60.2 Components (Woven Carbon Cones)Kicker 09QS65.2 Components (Woven Carbon Cones) - (3 Sets)2/0 Gauge Electron Beam Technologies (3 Runs, 2 +, 1 -) 1/0 Gauge KNU Kollasal Flex (1 Run for -) 300 Ft Kicker X-Series 16 Gauge Speaker WireXS Power D3400 (Rear)XS Power D3100 (Front)Singer Externally Regulated Alternator (Being Built)+ The Love for Car Audio and BASS <3UBL Build Log <------- Click Here-------> Normal Build Log (For Comments)

cc_audio
If your that impressed with two 15" CVXs in a sealed box, I can only imagine what two 12" Solo X's would do for you in a ported box. And then double the power! Think about that for the next upgrade, I imagine it would blow your motherphukin mind! Keep the pics comin!!! It's all gone! Im thinking about upgrading soon from 4 15" CVR'S in a sealed box to 4 15" CVX in a ported box. That upgrade should give me about almost double the power right? 2004 Melky Toyota Scion xB Kenwood Touchscreen Headunit 4 15" Kicker CVR 4 6" Audiopipe 6 8" Audiopipe 6 Tweeters Audiopipe 1 Rockford Fosgate T2500.1 bd 1 Lanzar 3000 1 Audiopipe 1500 2 Optimum YellowTop Batteries The Big Three 19" rims and more.. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/119197-build-log-scion-xb-4-15-kicker/

sayhuh?
Usually, small sealed boxes allow for for RMS. If you look on your manual, it lists the RMS for sealed boxes and it varies. But as far as hitting xmax? I would say so. Sub, basically isn't moving as freely. Blown
